Ham and Egg Brunch

Ingredients:
2 c chopped ham or cut up in small cubes
6 slices bread
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 1/4 c milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions:

  • Beat eggs in milk and dry mustard.
  • Butter a 9"x13" glass baking dish. Place bread slices on the bottom of the greased pan.
  • Spread ham over the bread and sprinkle with the cheddar cheese.
  • Pour egg mixture over and sprinkle with more cheese.
  • Cover with handiwrap and refrigerate overnight.
  • Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
