My 95-year-old grandmother, Margaret Troolin Anderson Peterson, gave me her recipe boxes a few years ago. She ran the Bethel College (Minnesota) coffee shop for years and was a professional caterer. Top round, sliced thin
Make your favorite dressing and roll up and fasten with toothpicks
Roll in flour and salt and pepper
Brown in oleo

simmer 1 hour covered
