My 95-year-old grandmother, Margaret Troolin Anderson Peterson, gave me her recipe boxes a few years ago. She ran the Bethel College (Minnesota) coffee shop for years and was a professional caterer. Hot Chocolate Fudge
1/2 pound butter
4 oz. Baker's Germany Sweet Chocolate
1 large can evaporated milk
4 cups powdered sugar
